Here’s a video of me playing the game for the first time:

I was pretty crushed. Hilariously crushed, but crushed nonetheless.

What I thought would be a fun exploration of what it looks like to take imperfection to the extreme ended up showing what it looks like to take perfectionism to the extreme. This game is the result of not accepting any imperfections in my code and demanding that it be absolutely 100% rock-solid perfect the very first time. It’s impossible.

Not accepting imperfection looks like stress during creation and nothing beyond a title screen on completion. As the title of the unseen game suggests, the perfect is indeed the enemy of the good.

Perfection is death.
